Expect professional design and personal service from our team.
Offering graphic design services for items such as logos, flyers, websites, brochures, posters, direct mail, ads, invitations and more are all part of what we do. We take your idea, images and copy and add a professional touch by considering all aspects of the project. Something simply “looking nice” on a page doesn’t cut it for us… We want to know exactly what intended function that piece has and achieve a solution that best-fits your goals, audience and delivery method. So, yes, in the end we make things look professional and “nice” but with thought and reasoning behind it.
We work closely with our clients to produce the best results for each project—no matter how big or small. It’s been our passion to help our clients grow and strengthen their businesses through successful design. We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in addition to producing quality work on time and within budget. Give us a call; we’re ready to help!

Mindy grew up in Lancaster, PA — attending Penn Manor High School and Millersville University where she achieved a BS in Graphic Communications. In 2004, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland to pursue her first job out of college. She has since moved back to Lancaster and is the Marketing Coordinator for Design & Integration (DI). Mindy has been with DI for a total of 8 years, gaining an abundant amount of experience in design, marketing, business and life!
In her spare time, Mindy enjoys designing, art directing and problem solving for other small businesses. It is her goal to provide a positive experience for each and every client she works with. Keeping the entire process simple and stress-free is of utmost importance to her! Mindy is dedicated to creating quality work, and goes the extra step to ensure that her clients are happy at the end of every project.
Aside from design, Mindy loves spending time with her family—especially her 6 year old daughter, Emma and 2 year old son, Leo. She stays active in the community by running the John Apple Swim Fund, a non-profit organization that was founded in memory of her father. Mindy also enjoys cooking, swimming, and good company!
Andrew grew up in Catonsville, MD in Baltimore County. He attended Mount St. Joseph H.S., Towson State University and finished his B.F.A at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
He quickly gained valuable experience working for Ratheon ITSS, Motta and Associates and then Motta Marketing — in which he played an active startup role. In 2005, he left the advertising agency and joined the design team at Agora Financial. He spent over 8 years tackling various projects spanning newsletters, branding, book covers, DVD packages, direct mail, content management, conference planning and even audio recording/editing.
Since moving to Lancaster in 2012, Andrew has shifted gears a bit. He spent some time as the Production Manager at FastSigns® Lancaster — one of the top-grossing stores in the Franchise — and continues to work on-call for them as needed. Andrew currently works full-time as a Project Manager for HomeOne and enjoys every bit of the career change. He keeps his design feet wet through various freelance projects as well as lending his expertise to Mindy (for a price of course).
When he’s not wrestling his two children on the living room floor, his leisure activities include playing guitar, disc golf, forging knives, and making beer.
His variety of expertise as a Craftsman and Designer will be actively working toward your business solution.
